Best Buy Building A

I just am amazed how good the staff is at this store. I bought twice the phone chargers by accident, and when I wanted to return it, I found I lost my receipt. I tried to return to the other best buy store but they could not do it because they said there is no receipt and I already opened it (there is no wrapping when I purchased it). i tried again at this best buy, the staff said if I swipe the credit card the first time I purchased, they can find the record (I did not know this!). They were very professional and honest. I'm so happy with there customer support amazing job

Great guys. They were quick. They helped me load my 75" TV.

Went to pick up an item bought at the auction site and it was quite smooth. You have to look for the truck entrance, there will be trailers blocking the view. The security agent was patient with me, not necessarily courteous. You are given a safety jacket and park in front of the Bay 12 in your left. There's a door next to the bay that says Customer Returns and that's where you have to go. Push the green button once inside and someone will come to help you. It was fairly quick 10-15 min in and out.

It's a convenient one window operations who love to pickup huge or big electronics appliances by their selves,usually best buy has amazing customer service no doubt, but for some customers who are coming from far are requested to plan their trip accordingly because it's a commercial traffic zones it might be possible you have to get in a long line of trailers to reach facility gatehouse it's located between the two buildings with friendly gatehouse staff who ensures you to wear safety vest for your safety because best buy always care for their customers safer in priority , if you don't have one you can request.
