What needs to be changed is the time things are available. This isn't Sri Lanka where people have the time and lifestyle to get certain food at a certain time of the day. Like Kothu roti only after a certain time. If a customer walks in at lunch and orders it. Have it available
If anything most successful businesses around the GTA. Specifically Sri Lankan ones, offer an extensive selection through out the day until they've run out by the end of the day
How do you walk in during the lunch hour and there's no cutlets or rolls available? I don't get it. Albeit there were lunch options available and that's fine. I just think their service and availability of food needs to be changed.
I will say this, the quality of the food I've tried so far is great.
