I have lived at 26 June Ave for 9 yrs. Great place to live. Superintendent Sofia is the best.

The building has updated and improved consistently in the five years I have lived there. The superintendent Sophia is friendly, helpful, and hard working. The location is central and very convenient. Overall, definitely recommended.

I been living here for 8 months i really like it, the superintendent Sophia always keep the building nice and clean, she is a very nice lady to talk and very friendly.

My husband and I have lived at this address for approximately a year and have loved it. The superintendent Zophia is amazing, keeps the place spot clean (amazing considering the number of animals we have in the building, it's pet friendly which is a huge bonus for us!) and has been very responsive and helpful whenever we've had a problem. Can't say enough positive things :)

I went to look for an apartment for a family member who is moving to Brampton. The building superintendent (Zophie), was very professional and pleasant to talk to. She showed me around the property and answered all my questions about the area, and the people in the area. The building was spotless clean and even the parking area looked good with all the snow we have has this year. I was very impressed with the building, but more with the super, who was very professional, friendly and very punctual for my appointment.
The unit is a top contender, I have a few more to view, but so far it is one of the good ones.
