Grant was extremely patient with me and when we had our offer accepted, he worked with me every step of the way to ensure I knew what to expect and made the process as easy as possible. Grant was patient, extremly helpful and was able to quickly hone in on what I was looking for in a house. He was calm, cool and collected when I was taken aback by how fast the process started to become. Grant made himself fully available to me any hour of the day to answer questions and reassure me whenever necessary. I'd highly recommend this group to any individual buying or selling.

Specifically, I worked with Grant Little, who helped me understand the internal workings of house buying. Grant was extremely knowledgeable, easy to approach and always answered my questions in a timely manner.
