Taris on the Water

Such a great find. The reviews are bang on about this place. The lovely dining manager Amy clearly enjoys her job.
The Welland bowl we as fantastic.

Had my son's wedding reception here on the weekend. Fabulous. Beautiful venue inside and out. Added an element of sophistication to the event. The patio was a hit as it was a gorgeous day and evening. Guests enjoyed their meals. Staff were very accommodating. Wonderful room downstairs for the bride to get ready and be with her friends and family before the big moment. Amy was a tremendous help. Always a text away. Would certainly recommend Taris on the Water for an event.

Great food, reasonably priced (had lunch with a group). The patio is a must see, it's a really beautiful scene being right next to the water. Portions are a little smaller than expect but leave you with that 'healthy almost full' feeling. Incredibly nice staff. A must visit.

Great experience! We had a large group with a number of children and were able to get a reservation with a few hours notice. We had a lovely table on the patio overlooking the canal with ample space for strollers. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was love music on the patio as well which was a nice touch. The artist was really great. The menu offered a good mix of options. We sampled a number of dishes, some good and others great. Would definitely recommend for a night out!

I've visited a handful of times and the food is always good. Last time my butternut squash ravioli was under seasoned, but it was still good. The butternut squash ravioli is my favourite dish. I'd recommend it to anyone. I'd love to visit more the next time I'm in Welland.

The patio outside is very nice in the summer and fall. Nice view of the canal and the bridge at night.

A bit pricey for the portion sizes. The drinks are definitely overpriced. Not a casual spot and definitely somewhere to bring your kids.
