(May 8, 2021, 7:53 pm)Brie has baked for me many times, for birthdays for my baby shower. I leave this review in confidence as I live in Toronto, and I've most certainly tried a lot of different bakers goods.
I'm going to point out some key facts about this bakery that I've always really enjoyed :
1) Brie and her staff work extremely hard to satisfy their customers. Things happen and that is life, but never once have I ever seen Brie have a nasty attitude towards a client or a project. If she's ever made a mistake her and her team have done everything to resolve the situation. I personally have zero complaints.
2) The staff in this bakery are passionate, this isn't a job to them it's clearly a lifestyle and you can tell, they have opened their beautiful commercial space to other local vendors supporting and helping other small businesses. This bakery is also very clean and well kept, this is their second bakery design some people might not know this. Both the first location and this new location are absolutely beautiful.
3) Brie and her team are certified and educated to the highest standard (and only getting better with experience) - some bakers I've used in the past did not finish school and it shows (Not to knock anyone who is an apprentice baker but hey finish your course/training it'll benefit you)! Brie can tell you everything right down to how a croissant was accidentally invented in the 1800s. Lmao.
Over all this bakery is a great choice, you can't beat the location, the customer service & the yummy treats. You can't do any wrong stopping in here for a treat and rumour has it they will let you use any cookies they have made for the day of your choice to make an ice cream sandwich 😂😳!
I can't wait to see what Brie and her team cook up for summer 2021, to be honest I don't think they have even hit a one year anniversary yet and they are doing so well.

(March 9, 2021, 5:54 pm)Love this bakery! Not only are her treats delicious, but she also supports other local businesses by carrying their products in her store. Staff are always super friendly. I've ordered a custom cake from them which turned out perfectly. My favorite thing by far that they've come up with (aside from the cheesecake brownie bars) is their pumpkin pie cupcake which comes out around the fall. There's a little piece of pumpkin pie baked right into the cupcake.

(January 25, 2021, 2:38 pm)Love your cupcakes. They are fresh and my whole family loves them. We especially love the cookie kits and I buy them often. My one daughter loves your butter pecan tarts. She said they are the best she’s ever had! Keep up the awesome work. So happy to see a top quality baker in welland. Just remember if you got haters that’s because they know you are competition and your stuff rocks. I highly recommend you to everyone I know!!
