well I've been (NEEDING)a two bedroom apt.for duration of my 5 years hear.I'm still on third floor.One opened across the hall from us and a dozen since then.What really bothered me was that when our refrigerator broke and we lost couple hundred in meat they brought my neighbor a new fridge to go with my two bedroom across the hall that they gave away,and brought me his old fridge with a handle on wrong side.
Well got in without last month's rent.but had to supply material and labour to bring place up to pat. We even put new vanity in bathroom after painting whole place.kitchen cupboards included.needs a guick cosmetic upgrade
I love my apartment. Its a fair size for what we're paying and i love the view i get to see each morning and night.
