I felt I was given the time. Knowing ultimate the staff hear the same questions repeatedly. He was courteous and honest. Thx I’m sure quitting smoking will be easier then ever now! ??

I have purchased a few vapes here as well as juices since they opened. All the employees I have inter countered have been well informed and very customer oriented. Nice clean and professional place to go. Only place I will go for vapers needs! Thanks illHQ! :)

I was very happy with my service. Very helpful and shared a lot of info with me about my options. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and the man that helped me was great and even helped me set it all up before leaving the store. I will deffiently be a regular in this shop. :) thank you!

I'll! Hq has another store in St Catharines and I must say feels like home real friendly , knowledgeable on there product and shelves are always full of juice of all sorts a must go. Hell mine as well visit both ☺️

Stand up guy at the counter. New his stuff. Wasn't pushy. Even cleaned my stuff for me. Will be back
