(July 29, 2019, 4:45 pm)It’s not easy finding healthy options when I need to buy my lunch. This place uses amazingly fresh and high quality ingredients. Homemade dressings - do I need to say more?? I’m not vegetarian or vegan but this place makes all of its options so flavourful!! I’d rather eat this than anything else in the area! Thank you Seeds for keeping me healthy when I need to buy my lunch.

(July 27, 2019, 5:34 pm)Second time coming here. Menu is way more diverse now. I’m off my vegan kick but this place is making me reconsider. Fresh flavours. Reasonably priced. Nice staff. Dr. Micheal Greger would be proud.
