(October 15, 2020, 2:14 pm)Sorry, I have to address a strange review below from a woman claiming to be a 3 year regular and yet they haven't realized that the name of the owner isn't even actually Lyly...
It's a small family mom and pop shop named after their daughter, Lyly. They're nice people and they do cheap manicures. Haven't actually gotten a manicure myself, but my partner can testify they do a fine job. The owners, Mau and Thuan are lovely as well as the rest of the staff whenever I stop by and might I add that 8 year old Lyly is growing up so fast!
