(December 4, 2017, 6:21 pm)Service at the welland branch, nice and pleasant go out of their way to help. I have never had such bad service from the mail reminders and or letters deeming missed payment or extra charges ever. You call the 1800 number they leave and very poor customer service. The payments that have been discussed to be caught up on within a week previously not resolved or communicated between previous phone call or branch visit! Makes for a very stressfull service and time. Maybe if you offer friendly reminders or missed payments and such through email everyone will be on the same page at the same time! Ashley w Dalton. After a number of calls and a couple of visits, we have been offered a grace month, which is a relief. Still recommend email paperless reminders.
