Rhora's Nut Farm & Nursery

I purchased 12 trees from Rhora's Nut Farm and Nursery in 2015. Their selection is good, but the service and quality are poor. About 25% of the trees sent were smaller than the minimum size indicated for the range that I paid for. In addition, two of the trees were wrapped so tightly that their bark was stripped and cut during packing/shipping. The roots were tiny and dried. After following all instructions for pre-soaking, 4 of them still died. When I contacted the owner by email asking for replacement or refund they refused to answer.
They also require all shipments to play a flat rate for shipping and claim they will refund any unused portion, but never send a receipt for shipping costs or offer any refund.

UPDATE- Around a year after my experience, Mr. Rhora got in touch and offered to refund the cost of the trees which died. He was polite and true to his word.

I have bought trees from Rhora's Nut Farm for a few years. I have had good success with my trees and have always received excellent stock. My only loose was to careless mowing.
I recommend this nursery.
