Exceptional care & attention to detail. Thank goodness for this facility! We have been a few times for our little girl Maggie & feel blessed to have had the option to bring her here.
Reading some of the complaints about fees I feel the need to say, there is no OHIP for dogs people so expect to have a bill for the professional medical care provided!
Keep up the wonderful work & heart felt care you provide!

Brought our cat Marcus in after hours on Good Friday and the staff was great! Unfortunately we had to put our cat down but they gave us all the options and no run around. The Dr could have easily gauged our pocket books (long weekend, after hours, euthanized ) but they only charged $80 (quoted $169)for the exam and in total under $400 for everything. I was pleasantly surprised at how caring and compassionate the team was. Thank you everyone as it was a sad day for our family.

A really great experience for us and our pup. The staff are all pleasant and compassionate. It is a very comforting place as well as a very welcoming waiting room with coffee and snacks. I’ve noticed comments here mentioning price. When it’s your dog’s life on the line, money shouldn’t be an issue. We’ve seen three vets during our journey this weekend and each of them have given us options with their best intentions for our pup getting better. I’m very thankful for this place.

My Rottweiler suffered major trauma to her upper mandible, resulting in the lose of 3 teeth and separation of her gums from the roof of her mouth. There was major loss of blood all over the dog and myself
Call the emergency vets, and they got me in right away. The first staff member Abby was phenomenal. I wanted the owner and others to know, how passionate she is about animals. She had my dog cleaned up and vital signs monitored in immediately. Next the night veterinarian Cara assessed the injuries in a clear straightforward manor. My dog had to stay overnight. I called Cara from home a few hours later before and was provided an update.
The following afternoon when back and visited my dog with day veterinarian Scott. He was awesome, energetic and had formed a friendship with my dog.
To sum everything up, it was a 5 star experience by staff. Exceeding mine and my families expectations on every level.
The night of the emergency everything happened so fast, that I had to head to the closest vet clinic without any research. When I got home I read the available google reviews that night. Yes it was pricey compared to regular vet fees, but given the overhead of operating 24/7 as an emergency center, I don't think it was price gouging. I am really happy with result.
Review is a 4 star only because of a charge for blood work. My dog required 16 procedures. I understand the need to reduce brain swelling, pain medication, and intravenous. 15 of the charges were absolutely necessary. Given that my dog goes to lock one vets and has all shots etc up to date, they could have gotten her blood results from them that were taken recently. I asked 2 staff members for an explanation and am still scratching my head as to why it was deemed necessary at a cost of $300.
Other wise the staff, cleanliness, service, and progress updates were 5 star. A really great option they offer is a free 24 hour re inspection, should you leave and have to bring your animal back!

This vet clinic was amazing. I called and they were able to take me in right away. Every single staff member I dealt with was amazing and the vet treated my dog like she was her own. Yes, the prices are a little high but that's because of the convenience of the "walk in" aspect, and that they are literally open 24/7. I really liked that I got to pay first, and then have the service, as I had to put my dog down and the last thing I'd want to do was go to the counter to pay after what I had just went through. Would definitely recommend!
