(May 30, 2019, 2:18 am)Front desk staff are amazing, lobby is spacious, rooms are large, clean, and getting updated.
4th floor rooms have been renovated and they look very nice.
The rest of the hotel property is well maintained but a bit dated.
Beds are very comfortable, and the restaurant in the lobby is pretty good.
Overall it's been a good experience. -

(May 21, 2019, 12:18 am)They were in the middle of renovations when we checked in, the floor base boards in the corridors were not installed. The rooms across us were still being worked on. We forgot a backpack in the room and only remembered about it the next day after checking out. When we called, receptionist was very helpful and reassuring. I would have given them a 5 stars for that but only gave 4 stars because of the Reno experience.

(March 29, 2019, 5:35 pm)Under construction, but the hotel is well maintained. Room was clean and tidy. Staff was great, upgraded my reservation..sweet! Indoor pool was a bit cold but could swim. The sauna was a great experience.
Will visit again.. -

(March 21, 2019, 5:55 pm)My room was amazing! Had one of the suites (it was like a 1-bedroom apartment!) Everything was nice and clean. Bed / pillows were very comfortable. And staff was super friendly and helpful. I wish I had of thought to bring swim trunks to enjoy the pool area. (Next time!) I definitely recommend staying here.
