Uncaring Doctor and Unprofessional Clinic
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience at [Clinic Name] and with Dr. [Doctor's name].
Doctor's Lack of Care and Termination:
Dr. Hana displayed a complete lack of care and concern for my well-being. He was dismissive of my concerns and seemed uninterested in helping me.
Without any prior notice or discussion, he terminated my ability to come to the clinic for further treatment. This left me feeling abandoned and frustrated.i have been with his clinic for 21 years
Mistreatment and Yelling:
Dr. Hanna repeatedly yelled at me during our appointments, creating a hostile and unprofessional environment. This was completely unacceptable and disrespectful.
Referrals and Misplaced Records: now I'm suffering from autoimmune disease, and I was close to have colon cancer if was up to him I was suffering from anemia for years and he never told me he always care to refer me to a specialist.
Whenever I requested a referral to a specialist, Dr. Hana's wife, who works at the clinic Dr.Sadig, would dismissively tell me to "find another doctor." i have being his patient for 21 years, This lack of support and direction was unacceptable.
I had my knee replaced four years ago and now I'm suffering from pain he requested an X-ray and when I went to see him after the X-ray Dr. Hanan tell me that he misplaced my X-ray report, causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience in my treatment process.
Receptionist's Behavior:
The receptionist, was consistently rude and dismissive towards me. Her behavior was unprofessional and discriminatory, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Overall, my experience at Peace Medical Clinic was incredibly negative. The combination of Dr. Hana's lack of care, unprofessional conduct, and the receptionist's rudeness has left me feeling mistreated and disrespected. I would strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to seek care elsewhere.
I’m lucky to have Dr. HANNA. He’s straight up, honest and makes you feel that he truly cares for your heath. The receptionist are great too. 👍🏼
