(November 15, 2017, 1:54 am)Where do I start? I have been struggling with my weight for a little while and was getting very discouraged with the way I looked and my weight. I was actually feeling very tired, I had no energy and I was eating very unhealthy. I never really had the motivation to exercise or eat healthy until I met Kris!!!!!!! Kris is a very motivating, friendly, fun body health coach!!!!!! She is full of positive energy :) I have never felt more motivated until I met her :) I am proud to say that I have been working with Kris for just over a week and have gained so much confidence in myself again. She is there for you every step of the way.....In one week, I have lost 10 pounds!!!!!!! and gained 100% confidence in myself!!! I am starting to feel myself again and I am getting my energy back :) Thank you Kris for all the support you have provided to me to help me love myself again :)
