(January 24, 2019, 7:52 pm)As someone who has struggled with hearing loss for many years but did not want hearing aids, I decided to make an appointment (at my family's request!) to explore my options at Sound Hearing Clinic. I chose this place due to great online reviews. I received excellent service from Cathy who I found very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. I decided to try hearing aids and was very surprised to find out that they are very small, light and comfortable and very hard for someone to notice. What a difference in my quality of hearing! I would definitely recommend Sound Hearing Clinic to anyone who is considering this big step.

Moreover, the office itself is beautifully designed - comfy chairs, bright environment, clean facilities, etc. Sound Hearing Care Niagara takes pride in their work. From the moment you step in they make you feel like a VIP.

Sound Hearing proved to be an amazing clinic. Cathy definitely goes above and beyond in everything she does. Her positive and compassionate attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service helped my mother get set up in the perfect set of aids. She was able to ensure all her needs were met while delivering the highest quality of care with complete kindness and consideration. We would highly recommend Sound Hearing Clinic.
