(October 24, 2021, 3:40 pm)Phenomenal wines! We tried the 2020 Riesling, paired with a rich spaghetti carbonara. We found it quite enjoyable - it started very light in colour and on the nose. We liked that it wasn't overly sweet. It was crisp and acidic, and the creamy pasta seemed to bring out a tartness that we hadn't picked up on in the beginning. Overall a great choice!
