(April 10, 2019, 5:04 pm)We have used PCS 3 times to clean carpets at our rental units in Niagara on the Lake and couldn't be happier.
The tech arrived exactly on time each time and arrived ready to go to work immediately.
Their guys have always been friendly and professional always offering tips on how to keep the carpets looking good, even leaving a sample of spot cleaner for us.
This last time I dropped off some additional area rugs at their office and was thoroughly impressed with their technology and systems. They new exactly the type of carpetsI had and the best way to clean them. These came as part of a property purchase and I was surprised to learn that 2 of them were actually quite valuable.
They even brought the cleaned area rugs back to the house when the came to clean the rest of the carpets, I couldn't believe how great they came out...they looked like new!
I will never use another carpet cleaning company. There may be some places that will do it for a bit less but nobody will do a better job. This is a perfect example of Value over Cheap.
I almost can't wait to use their service again! -

(March 16, 2019, 2:57 am)Excellent service and great value for money. We brought our "24" x "84" rug to be trimmed down to "24" x "75" and have the ends surged. Turned out fantastic. The newly custom cut rug fits perfectly in front of our vanity in our master bathroom. Very pleased with PCS, will highly recommend and planning to use them in the near future to clean the grout in our kitchen tile floors.

(March 12, 2019, 9:34 pm)I was delighted with the work PCS did in my home, stretching and cleaning the carpets. Frank and Andrew arrived promptly and left at the approximated time. They were friendly, knowledgeable and were able to work out some obstacles in the stretching process. From the initial phone call to the estimate to the work, all was done in a very professional manner. The carpets now look new again.

(January 27, 2019, 7:49 pm)I have a wool carpet that is over 20 years old. It was rather dingy looking although it had been cleaned a few times over the years with a home carpet cleaner. It was a relief to know that PCS does a thorough deep cleaning in their facility and the carpet came back fresh and bright, almost like new again. I will highly recommend this service. If you like your carpet it is well worth it!
