(October 4, 2020, 2:43 pm)When dealing with difficult times, having to handle difficult situations makes issues that much more difficult to handle.
I tried calling one of GNMIs locations to book my mother in for an urgent scan. All locations, that I called were booked solid.
Luckily, after 2 failed attempts I reached ALLISON (sp). Before I knew it, my appt was rescheduled for 28 days sooner!
Allison def went above and beyond!
