He was thorough in his inspection, despite the fact that we did not do an "official" inspection. He was very accommodating with time, even though we had to reschedule once. He also had some very good suggestions on what can be done and what programs can help us with any renovations we will undertake. Overall, we are extremely satisfied.

Being first-time home buyers, Bob was great at taking the time to walk us through and teach us about our new house, rather than just simply pointing out what needed to be fixed. He was very honest and technical with the important items that needed to be done immediately, and what were the less pressing things we should consider down the road. Bob explained things in a way that we could understand, and never made us feel uncomfortable asking questions. What sold it for us was when he said "feel free to call me in 6 hours, 6 days or 6 years from now if you have any questions", and we will probably take him up on that offer! He was very professional, personable and overall fantastic to work with as first-time home buyers.
