It's definitely worth the drive to this place, but this review is not about the place - it's about people, who actually make potential clients feel comfortable and at ease.
Ray my sales rep, made a great impression, he was knowledgeable, friendly, highly professional and answered all my questions. Last but not least Denise will help you with your finance needs - she will get the deal done! Mike the manager is awesome - haven't met a happier guy. I was so impressed with this team and their inventory, I came back and bought another car :) The price here is unbeatable - ask for Ray! Will recommend him and Denise to all my friends - 10/10 hands down.

Umm... originally went in as a normal bad guy, ask sales questions and may eventually buy from one of my friend from another dealership. I m looking for an used 750.

Until, met Jason, knows about cars inside and out, I got no questions that he can’t answer since I m in automotive industry too and I think I know cars.
Process is fast, no waste of time, no any clue of tricky deal or they try to do something because of they think you don’t know cars.
So... 100% transparent process.
Financing works fast too, Denise tells you what to buy and what not to.

Fast response, both sales and financing department.

Overall trustworthy, but more important is they don’t take advantage of you because of they think you know/ don’t know cars.
That’s pretty rare in our world now.

I had never owned a BMW before i visited this place. I had very low expectations of what i thought of how dealerships operate in trying to sell their services at a premium. I am so happy with the service and atmosphere that this place provided. Very genuine and down to earth individuals who had helped me in getting one of the best experiences i had ever come across in purchasing my first car. Ray in particular had demonstrated an excellent product knowledge who truly works with you in getting the right vehicle for you at the best price. A truly personalized experience.
