(October 11, 2019, 8:47 pm)I had a very positive experience with a recent auto purchase with Mars. I had a vehicle in mind which I came to see and test drive. I returned the following day and Faisal was fine with me taking the car to my mechanic for a check-over. The few issues, which likely would have been caught in the certification process anyway, were all taken care of as part of the purchase. Once we got the car home, we noticed that one direction of the side mirror adjustment button was not functioning and had been missed during certification. I reached out to Faisal and he arranged for us to drop the car off and took care of it for us quickly. Overall a very smooth and satisfying transaction. Thank you Faisal and Mars Auto!

A few minor glitches with my new van came up and he went above and beyond to take care of me and provide a safe vehicle for my young family. He even provided us with a rental vehicle when he needed to keep mine for the day to do work. He has responded to text messages late in the evening when I expected to get a response the next morning.
