(January 11, 2019, 12:06 am)I loved my experience at LiV! All of the trainers were friendly and welcoming each time I came in for a session. Rob was my trainer and he was great. He pushed me and helped make our workouts fun (although being challenging at the same time). I could tell I was getting stronger as time progressed which helped me gain confidence during the workouts. I began to look forward to my sessions at LiV despite the hard work. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a welcoming space and friendly people to work out with!
