He is professional and was a pleasure to deal with. When he said he would do something he did and remarkably well. I would not deal with anyone else for my boating needs.

(April 22, 2021, 12:29 pm)As a salesperson for my entire career and now, a sales educator and trainer, I often critique and assess salespeople as we progress through the many stages of the sales cycle.
Cole Ritchie did a fabulous job for us throughout the process. In the early stages, we had many questions and Cole responded promptly and patiently to all of them, answering all of my calls and texts, even on weekends. Ultimately, Cole found us the boat that we were looking for and delivered every promise made.
Overall, I would describe Cole as professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable. 4 of the top qualities of a good and successful salesperson.
The entire experience, while somewhat intimidating, was pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you Cole for all of your help and guidance. -

(March 26, 2021, 11:42 pm)Dealt with many brokers in the past. Many of them did not answer calls on weekends and we don’t have much time during the week. The brokers at North American yacht sales went above and beyond to meet me on a Saturday to show us many boats . We spend many weekends with them... we finally found the perfect boat. Our broker got us in touch with the marina and got us god storage rates on top of a good sale price . We could not be happier with our experience .
Our broker even offered to go out with us and show us how to operate a boat of this size .
Above and beyond experience . Highly recommended. -
