She was on top of things from the beginning, she answered all my questions and made sure I understood what was being done, The previous agent I used for my last purchase was not as great and I was clueless to what was happening and what I was being charged. Dealing with Maggie was much smoother, She was available whenever I needed her and was supportive the whole way through! :)
