Blue Spruce and Noah built a beautiful seaside cottage/cabin for us in a very difficult location - down a steep hill beside the ocean. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was second to none. Noah led every stage and construction and worked extensively with the designer to produce a final home that is even nicer than we imagined. (We have trouble getting guest to leave!) Noah identified and rectified a number of possible problems for us. He kept us fully informed every step of the way. We worked against a detailed budget and received frequent billing updates. Noah was great months after the project was completed to deal with some minor issues that arose. Noah was referred to us by a highly acclaimed custom home builder and we are honoured to be able to do the same.
Owner Wil Bootsma is very prompt responding any time I contact him. The job's not over yet but so far the work is great and he really kept to the schedule. The real benefit to working with Wil is that he really advocates for his clients, and wont let you do anything you'll regret later.
