1 week ago, I injured my entire foot, these nurses are good at bandaging my foot once every 2 days.
Great services and nurses always good treat my dad very good. The psw are friendly and always helpful.
5 weeks ago I had a total knee replacement. Once home I was provided with a PT from your agency. Never having this experience before I didn't know what to expect or what questions to ask, in 5 visits he never once measured the bend which I was told later that he should have done at each visit. He never told me how I should be progressing or assisted in any therapy expect to show me different exercises to do. Ultimately I have not progressed as well as I should have because of my ignorance and his lack of knowledge experience or caring. I feel he was just there to collect a paycheque. I understand that these visits should take about 40 to 45 minutes. At no time was he there more than 20 minutes. I feel cheated.
