I requested a appointment through the website this morning. Ian called me right away to let me know I was welcome to come in at any time for my requested oil change. He was very professional to the point and treated all of us perfectly. Cindy cashed us out and was also great and the mechanics of course, everyone we had contact with was outstanding. Fair pricing and fast and efficient service! My tires were filled as they all were low. A+ experience keep it up Midas and make sure you reward your employees for the job well done. Jessica & Dave

As a young female with no mechanical experience or knowledge, I have had trouble taking my car for repairs in the past. You can end up feeling pressured to spend more, ripped off, confused or condescended. This is far from the case at Midas Ontario St.
Ian is always incredibly thorough and professional, ensuring I understand the nature of any repairs that have been carried out. My vehicle is slightly older and subject to wear and tear, so I especially appreciate that he informs me of non-urgent issues early on so I'm prepared financially when it comes time to repair them.
Not only that, but it is always possible to secure same or next day appointments so I'm never without a car for long.
