(July 19, 2022, 5:55 pm)My partner and I are not members of the gym because we live in Grimsby and have our own home gym. That being said, we’ve attended a workshop there, taken the nutrition training, and are now using their programming at home. We found the workshop and the nutrition training far beyond in quality of other CrossFit gyms we have attended, and the coaches there are extremely approachable and knowledgeable. We just started the programming this week and we are excited to do the wod every day. It really feels that they want to help and support you and are willing to do so at very fair prices.

As a fellow Pre/Postnatal professional I can appreciate the education + coaching that went into today’s class. As a participant I appreciated the space, the equipment, the ability to host moms with their littles + of course the workout itself. Can’t wait to make it back out later this week.

I’m beyond impressed with the skill level of the trainers and the cost is right in line with what you get out of it. Plus a little bit of effort 🙃.
Benjamin Lantz is probably one of the best humans I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.
