Very clean place and my technician Anthony was very nice to talk to.Would recommend this place to anybody.

Every1 was sooooo nice

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Overall the actual clinic needs an overhaul. The rooms are dingy, my room had very thin blinds which let the light in from parking lot, the bed was old and outdated and the mattress was sagging, the room was way to hot with the furnace blowing directly on me most of the night. Seeing as this is a sleep study clinic and all the wires make it difficult enough to sleep that I would hope the owners would want you to sleep, but unfortunately the lack of care in up keeping the rooms makes it very difficult.

I found the technician very professional. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Lol - when I say five stars, it's not because I loved the experience - just my impression of the professionalism. I had read some unfavourable reviews and was a little worried.
Staff - were great - very nice - informative, ect. The technologist, Anthony, was friendly, helpful and full of information. What more could you ask?
The site itself was clean and well lit. The walls, floors, furniture, etc. were clean. Bathrooms were clean. In your room, the bed and bedding was clean. It was nice to know that they had a strict no bed bug policy, so they gave you scrubs to sleep in and your street clothes were not allowed to come in contact with the bed.
The experience itself? Not so great. Who would enjoy having 30 sensors hooked up to them and then someone say, okay, you can go to sleep now.
I had trouble sleeping, even though I took a clonazepam. I felt like I tossed and turned all night, but apparently, enough data was collected, so that's good.
The staff there made the experience as positive as it could be. There was no wifi, so I used my phone as a hotspot and watched tv in my room for a while on my tablet until 11 p.m. when I tried to go to sleep.
If you are recommended for a sleep study, I would go. It's just one night of discomfort but like I said, the staff at this location make this experience more bearable.
