(June 20, 2018, 12:22 pm)they delivered passport in the short time, but I found they typed my son’s name wrong after I received that. just a very simple name, but they did wrong word. a little bit disappointing.
(August 22, 2017, 10:25 pm)Having read the reviews on the Henley Plaza Ontario Street office, I decided to drive the extra 20 minutes to Pen Centre. Best experience I have ever had dealing with ANY branch of Government. Staff were polite, efficient and I was in an out in less than 20 minutes even though there had to be at least 20 people in the waiting room. If you need a passport, this is the place to go!
(July 7, 2017, 1:36 pm)I called in advance to find out what I should bring. I brought the correct documentation and was taken care of right away. Everyone was courteous and the wait time was minimal. I will definitely come back when it's time to renew my passport. Thank you!
