Shelby is the best female trainer I have ever used and I knew going in I would have high expectations because I used to compete in physique. Shelby did not let me down and I've noticed her care for beginner clients. If you are advanced or just starting out. Shes your girl. Zomy & Kyle are also great and friendly trainers.
LOVE SHELBY !!! Best Female Trainer I've ever had. Highly recommended to all my ladies. Started off in her ABS2GLUTE class and it was supe encouraging. I now work with her one on one and I have seen tremendous improvement. I've lost 68lbs and feel better then ever. Words can't describe my appreciation. You have made me feel so confident in my body and made a big impact on my life. Facility looks great too and other staff are super friendly!!
