Patty and her staff have helped me with plantar fasciitis, corns, hip pain and when a rheumatologist found that my left leg was 1/2 inch shorter than my right, BioPed made a lift for my shoe ad adjusted my orthotics. It is because of them, I am able to go for long walks again pain free! The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly! I greatly appreciate them for looking after my feet! Thank you!

(March 7, 2018, 10:01 pm)My Mother and i walked into Bioped in St. Catharines looking for some information thinking we would have to make an appointment for another day and we were thrilled when the receptionist said she would see if we could get in same day. We took a seat and within seconds we were brought into a room where my mother was looked after professionally and was given several options to help with her balance issue. I strongly recommend Patty. My mother walked out more steady on her feet and very pleased to have this looked after same day. I will definelty be making my appointment with them soon.

(November 16, 2017, 12:49 pm)Without the help from Patty, I would not be able to walk without relying on a cane as it was painful and tiring. I could not take proper steps nor properly extend my left leg and so I would walk with a limp. Eventually the pain, swelling and burning sensations were so bad that I would loose balance and began walking with a cane. Being in my mid 20s and walking with a cane was not ideal but it became a necessity for me. My doctor recommended I get fitted for a knee brace and suggested BioPed. When Patty first introduced herself she was very pleasant and friendly. She listened carefully to what was going on as well as what my needs were for the brace. She fitted me with the best brace she thought would help me. Patty worked with me, encouraging me verbally and by the end of my first visit I was slowly walking without using the cane. Three months later I am still slowly recovering but I am more confident walking on my own. I would recommend Patty and the staff at BioPed in a heartbeat.
