This morning got my travel documents for a upcoming trip. Long story short, my printer would not print the black print even though the ink cartridge is showing full. Called Think Ink hoping I could bring it in on a stick and print. Candace was so helpful and suggested that I email her instead which I did. She printed them off and they were picked up later in the day. So instead of spending the day trying to figure out why my printer failed me I am packing. Thank you so very much. I will definately keep you in mind for all my printing needs in the future.
