Amazing Husband & Wife team, Shannon & Scott, despite all that has happened in their lives with losing Matthew, their younger brother, they are fighting tooth & nail to keep the business going & doing a great job of going back to the roots of the company & continuing to provide excellent service for pumping septic and holding tanks. I commend Shannon & Scott for keeping the business going and dealing with all the hard obstacles they are facing right now with Matthew's passing. Keep fighting you two!

Cosby Septic assisted us in an Emergency related to our Septic System. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and went about figuring how to fix it. They had us up and running within the day. Very professional! We very much appreciated their excellent service!

It was friday morning and our sewer was plugged. We didn't know what the problem was and we had a group of friends coming out to stay at the place the next day. Matthew (Cosby) came out and ascertained we needed to find the septic tank ... nightmare Friday but, although it was a long weekend he and his crew showed up early next morning, dug around and figured out the problem, fixed it and were gone before the guests arrived. I was bracing myself for a reasonable bill, especially considering the timeframe and level of service, and was blown away by his invoice. I totally recommend them.

Outstanding service! Cosby's showed up as scheduled, and despite a recent heavy snowfall from the night before, they got right to work. The septic lids were dug up, the septic pumped and risers installed all in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. Definitely recommend them and will use them again.
