They had to come in after I had another contractor destroy our yard from another project and they were MIA. Josh and team understood how disappointed we were with the other contractors quality, punctuality and their sub par cleanup of our yard and made sure they went above and beyond to not repeat the same experience. I would highly recommend this company and in fact ate using them for another project because of how well they did what they said they were going to. Thanks for the hard work guys!

During the pouring of our rear concrete pad, there was a sudden and unforeseen torrential down pour. The crew finished the job; however, the sheer amount of rain ruined the seal. We called Property Solutions Niagara and Josh was at our home the next day to discuss options. He decided to upgrade our patio to interlock and completed the job at no cost. The work was fast and the finished product was amazing. Josh and his crew really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
Almost every single one of our neighbours hired the crew to complete jobs at their homes as well. We are one happy neighbourhood.
We plan to use Property Solutions Niagara again for our next job and highly recommend them to any property owner looking for an honest, hard-working contractor.
