Since then I have bought more appliances and as recently as July 16/19 my wife and bought and had installed a new high quality airconditioner WHY? Because, prompt caring service . and friendly competence is what you get from Doug Swartz and his people. Reliability competence and honesty is what you can expect. -

During the past few months, we have purchased a new washer and dryer and wall oven and have had our refrigerator repaired. We are truly grateful for Doug's, as well as his team’s, commitment to excellence and will most definitely continue to rely on them for every future appliance purchase and repair. We extend our sincerest gratitude and thanks to Brad who took the time to advise us regarding our choice of oven, for installing it so beautifully and repairing our refrigerator so promptly. (April 7, 2016, 2:34 pm)I purchased our appliances from Sears and experienced an issue with our range cook top within the 1-year warranty period. Our service call was relayed to Doug Swartz' team by Sears. Doug responded quickly in contacting me to arrange an appointment time for his service technician (Brad) to come out and fix the problem. I was very pleased with Brad's efficiency in dealing with the problem and replacing the necessary part; most especially for his professionalism and respect for my home. Very pleased that Sears placed my service needs in Doug's hands and would recommend their services.
