Should be called the piano butcher. He charged me $200.00 and it sounds worse than when he came. My 1876 Heintzman concert grand holds a tune & has only needed tuning about 5 times in 40years. When he was finished tuning I asked him to check again on the mechanical strobe tuner, he said he was setting up for his band and didn't have the time. After he left i played it and it sounded worse than when he came. I fugured out the problem by checking the far left pedal which strikes only one of the 3 strings, he missed plenty of them. My piano sounds awful. He said he would come back but I don't want any part of this person. Call someone else. My Rating is minus one.

Mike is a really friendly guy. If you're looking to buy a piano or get tuning done, he is the man. He will show you his chops on the keys and drums; he will inspire you to learn the craft. Awesome store! If you're in town check it out!
