Their staff is top notch with leadership by Owner and Certified Pilates Instructor, Allison Kares. Their facility has it all with spacious parking and the latest equipment. The fitness studio is centrally located in Pelham, which is convenient for people from across the Niagara Region. Movement Unlimited is also active in the community and supports local events such as the Niagara Health Expo. If you are serious about fitness and want to have fun, Movement Unlimited will move you!
