(January 7, 2021, 11:51 pm)Me and my wife visited the winery in October of 2020. The barrel 81 is a very good tasting cab sav and cab franc. And for the price at $149 a case it is a steal. I recommend everyone to try that wine. one of the best tasting wines in that region. 👍

(October 30, 2020, 10:37 pm)Great winery and love the Rose! Visited a few weeks ago while in Niagara on the Lake. I had a glass of the Rose at dinner at the "Old Winery" and had to go the next day to Riverview to purchase...love it! We weren't able to do a tour because it was last minute. I prefer the sweeter wines like Moscato but the River View Rose is my new favourite! Regret not buying more bottles when I was there to bring home, but delighted to find it on-sale online with free shipping! If you like sweeter wines, this is a must try!

(October 2, 2020, 12:30 am)We attended a tasting at Riverview on Monday September 28th @ 11:30. Riverview requires reservations for tastings, which I thought all required but apparently not so. We arrived, waited just a few moments for the staff member to assist us with the selection of wines to try. She was extremely knowledgeable and we were pleased with the information provided. We took our tasting glasses (4 different wines, we shared) out to the patio, which was lovely. It was a beautiful early fall day! Two of the four wines were exactly what we were looking for so bought 6 bottles (tasting fee deducted from the tab). Based on the experience, we will be back!
