Amazing little cottage in Niagara on the lake. Beautifully surrounded with lots of trees, very peaceful.
The cottage is perfectly situated. It's off the beaten path but so close to all the shops and eateries on queen street. We used it as a starting point to the niagra bike trail. A quick pedal by the lake and we were on our way. The cottage has a great private outdoor area in the back for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.
We had a lovely stay at The Addison Green Cottage. Our group consisted of 2 adult couples. The cottage was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Each couple had their own bedroom and the living room was a nice spacious area to gather and spend time together. If we had more time it would have been nice to sit outdoors on the back patio. The younger couple walked the 2 km to the town centre for an evening ice-cream and enjoyed the walk. We all agreed it was nicer than an hotel and that we would return to this cottage again.
Lovely neighbourhood for a walk. Cottage is clean and has everything you need. Very cozy and comfortable. Well stocked and we loved watching all the birds sing outside the windows. We would definitely return. Easy to find also. Great pizza and wing restaurant close by. Easy process to check in.
We were visiting from Toronto and Edmonton on a girlfriend getaway to wine country. Cindy's cottage was absolutely quaint and lovely. We felt very comfortable and safe, and were in a great location which was a few minutes drive to the lake and downtown NOTL. You could also walk instead of drive, which would take about 20 minutes. The wineries of NOTL were also a very close drive at about 20 minutes as well. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful, with gorgeous scenery and blue jays to wake you up. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, along with an updated washroom, washer and dryer, and fully functional kitchen. You can also watch television and utilize the electric fireplace. We did not use the outdoor patio space, but it was also very nice if you were to have breakfast or dinner outside, or just to enjoy the scenery. Cindy was extremely fast at responding. Booking the cottage as well as receiving all of the necessary details to check in and out, were timely. Overall, an A+ experience! Definitely recommended
