(February 9, 2021, 8:57 pm)I purchased a refurbished Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 from Rugged Books through New Egg. The laptop arrived promptly, well packaged and in near mint condition. I had an issue with the operating system (the computer came with Win 7 and Win 10), and Rugged Books immediately sent out to me a memory stick with the correct Windows version, and also provided technical support on the phone for the installation.

Dealing with Naz from sales on the phone was a real pleasure, it is obvious that he genuinely cares about his customers. I can't recommend this company highly enough. 10/10 on all counts. When it is time to upgrade or get another unit, I won't hesitate to contact Naz again. Naz if you read this, I just want to say thank you so much for your personal touch, dealing with you has been a fantastic experience.

(January 26, 2021, 3:54 am)Nazih was a pleasure and a professional during conversations regarding upgrades I requested for the refurbished Panasonic CF-53 already on order, but hadn't quite shipped yet. Also, Gavan was skilled and quick helping me with an Operating System question. Fast shipping. Overkill packaging. I couldn't be more pleased. Two weeks after purchase, I used this device for presenting a day-long class I conduct. It was responsive and reliable. If they had non-rugged books, I'd shop here 1st for them too.

(July 28, 2020, 8:34 pm)I purchased two toughbooks from Rugged Books last week. We had a small issue with one of them. Rugged Books customer service is excellent! They sent us a new one immediately. We are very happy with the two we purchased and I just ordered 3 more today. We are using them in our shops. I have talked with several people at Rugged Books and all of them have been extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend Rugged Books!
