I went to the showroom with my mother who was looking to scale down from her 4,500 sq/ft house and we were impressed from the moment that we arrived at the showroom. She ended up purchasing a 1 bedroom unit with a GORGEOUS view of the Niagara skyline. The Wellness Suites is currently offering what the future of adult living should be: a hotel-inspired, luxury home with an in-house team of doctors that gets to the root causes of your illnesses and provides innovative therapies to correct them. Thank you, Wellness Suites!!

A tremendous amount of attention to detail in every aspect has been put into this project from the construction to the medical programs. Furthermore, the customer service has been absolutely impeccable and professional providing me with the highest degree of personal service and care. Definitely recommended!!

This place has it all: the product is so unique and unparalleled; it's truly ahead of its time. Also, the prices are incredible and the finishes of the building are truly opulent.
I would have expected a project like this in downtown Toronto or Vancouver because of its caliber; but, Niagara is a gorgeous place to live and has everything and more than crowded, noisy urban centers where real estate values are through the roof! -

(February 18, 2018, 9:01 pm)From the moment that I made initial contact with Judy, the GM of the Wellness Suites, I have been exceedingly happy with the service that I received. The staff is very knowledgeable, as well as exceptionally responsive, attentive and friendly.
As a retired physician, I must say that I could not be more impressed with the programs and cutting-edge technology that will be implemented in this facility. I have travelled across Europe, North America and Asia and I have never come across a facility such as the Wellness Suites that combines luxury living, precision and functional medicine services as well as all the services and amenities necessary to allow me the time to take care of myself as I age. This development is like a 5 star hotel with an in-house, private, cutting-edge functional medicine centre that is second to none.
Although The Wellness Suites is currently in a category of its own, I see a day where this becomes the Gold Standard for adult living. This is truly a very professional company with customer care and wellness being their prime focus. -

The medical programs and team that Dr. Vaccaro has put together aim to not only help you live longer but with an improved quality of life! Buying a condo here is the best decision I could have made for myself- I am so glad that I bought one before they're all sold out!
