(July 15, 2018, 10:01 pm)2 friends and I visit the spa for hot stone massage this weekend. 1. We were 1 hour late because the overwhelming of breakfast restaurant. The staff ladies are really understood and waited for us with great patience; 2. I was waiting for my friends and I mentioned I didn’t sleep well last night. The lady quickly made a bed for me to take a nap. I was really moved by their thoughtful service;3. My friend left her watch at the spa and we must return to Toronto that night. The lady left the door for us to get back the watch. We appreciate your kindness and we would recommend this spa to our friends for future trip to Niagara Falls! For the professional service and great care to clients!
