Got a great price during their sale and then some on the TV that was purchased also. He has answered all of my questions during delivery and after. In regards to delivery the two chaps that delivered the items were top notch. Very professionally and polite and cleaned everything up as promised. Invoice #0502959PEUI

Hope he’s still there next time I need to make a purchase in the future. As for the store itself, best price on what I was shopping for out of all the other places I had checked out. Definite 5 stars:)

I know the effort and enjoyment it takes to serve the public as this is how I spent my career. It was a pleasure to deal with Devin and Crystal and will always return and recommend this Brick store in Niagara Falls!

(May 2, 2019, 6:20 pm)Today, we had an excellent experience buying patio furniture at the Brink in Niagara Falls. The sales consultant " Devin Bender" was awesome. He was very helpful, and made us feel like we were special. This man needs to be promoted to store manager, he knows how to handle clients, give good deals, and instilled a feeling of confidence and trust during a sale. If we could rate him with up to 10 stars, we would have given him 20. One of the best sales consultants we have dealt with in a long time. This guy will be going places. Thanks Devin for your excellent service.

Alia was very patient while listening to our furniture inquiries and very knowledgeable answering our questions once we did find the items we liked. Her calm demeanour was very professional and at no time did we feel pressured to buy. Alia is a valuable employee to the Brick. Also very happy with the sale prices we received on our purchases today at the Brick.
