Dominic in the Niagara Falls store was curtious, friendly, very knowledgeable, and fixed all the issues with my phone.Excellent service. Thank you very much Dominic. From Terry Schneider from Fort Erie.
Thank you for all your help.Great customer service!
Preparing for a cross Canada trip, I required a 30-day prepaid phone card which would give me some data.
Originally I had found that both spell mobility and tell us we're offering pretty much the same for service for the same price until I found out that bill mobility was charging and additional $50 one-time setup fee on top of everything else.
Went next door to Telus. Because these are covid times, the door was locked and you had to ring the doorbell for service. A young man inside was very knowledgeable about the product that I required which was an 8 GB, 30-day, unlimited talk and text phone card, which was $55 plus a one-time $20 SIM card setup fee.
This employee was quick to set up the account, insert the SIM card and test the unit to make sure it was all working. I was very happy with my experience and I have had no problems with the service.
They were very helpful and friendly...keep up the great work
I am current customer of TELUS and I know that people say negative things about it, some like it some don't. I personally love this company, I certainly will take it over BELL anytime. With tell you have to pay 90% for the phone just to walk out with it but TELUS charges taxes only and you walk out. The service is amazing, I liked how the store is always lit up and displays the phones nicely and clear. Experience through assistance is based on individual needs and how well they were served, mine wasn't difficult, or hard at all. I was helped well and fast. They help you with the phones and watches so you don't need to deal with difficult or impossible connection issues or even difficult technical issues. I can't say much more on the subject since I had really good experience and I wish I could say something negative about it or about the company but they have been really good to me and I hope this helps as much as it can. Help was nice and solid, didn't have any issues that I would be upset about it, however be aware that every location is different and of course staff changes all the time. If you have been rudely treated, write a review and perhaps your concern will be taken as hearts value. Another thing to mention, is that people bring their problems to work and they reflects their ability to help a customer in an orderly and calm manner, that being said mine was very well taken care of, and without hassle. I want to say I'm sorry to those who have been mistreated but you can always avoid it and go to another location as it is same process and you might get lucky on a staff who is much nicer and curtuous to their customers. Take it with grain of salt, and good luck.
