As our family was growing, we decided we needed a bigger house. We did our research and he was highly recommended by many people. From the day we met Fernando, we knew right away we wanted him to build our house. He is very professional, respectful and honest. His quality of work is very impressive and we highly recommend Fernando if your looking to build. He makes the process of the build less stressful and actually fun. He was very accommodating and always communicated each step of the process with us from the very beginning to handing over the keys. We have been in our home for 4mths now and we still keep in contact with him on a personal level. Wonderful friendship!!!!

Fernando was amazing from the start to the finish of the construction of our new home. We could not be more pleased. His care and attention to detail is beyond our expectations. He was on site daily and there is not a detail that missed his attention. I also had the opportunity to interface with his team and they were all professionals. I would highly recommend Fernando and Perrella Homes

Fernando is truly amazing. He goes well beyond what is expected from the average builder, contractor or project manager. We always felt we had his full attention throughout the entire build from groundbreaking to the finishing touches. Fernando's tenacity and pride is his quality of workmanship resulted in a solid home for us to enjoy for many, many years to come. Bravo, Fernando!

Great Quality!! We have built with others and no one was as dedicated and on site like Fernando was. He made sure every detail was up to speck and treated it like his own home throughout the process!!
