Drop off, set up and pick up as they promised and a reasonable cost.

(October 15, 2020, 8:06 pm)Wow! After searching from Fort Erie to Mississauga for a lift chair for my elderly parents we stopped by Performance Mobility. Unlike the hurried disinterested care we got at some of the corporate stores, Leigh spent a lot of time helping mum make decisions, exploring options, giving knowledgeable advice and giving her a good deal on her chair. Leigh also arranged a same day consultation with an occupational therapist so my mum could get a new walker (which she delivered to mum's house in Vineland on her way home). Although I live in BC, Leigh followed up with emails and let me know when the chair arrived (by free delivery !). It was only later that I found out she owns the store and is committed to excellent service. I highly recommend her store.

Leigh, the owner, is educated in this specific area; hardworking, honest and genuinely concerned about her clients, Leigh and her team went the extra mile to ensure that my Mother received a bed and wheelchair to minimize her pain and maximize her mobility. Leigh helped us through Insurance claims and the ADP (Assisted Device Program) with ease. Highly professional, providing a great service to so many Seniors, I recommend Performance Mobility wholeheartedly.
