Niagara Taekwondo Niagara Falls

My two boys started at Niagara Taekwondo in August when they opened here In the falls. Both my boys have done amazing, however my oldest, whom has ASD, has improved in so many ways. My boy has always had difficulty with jumping, running, kicking, could not do a sit-up or a push up. His deficits has always played a huge role in his life. However since starting Taekwondo he has flourished. He has so much agility, stamina and most importantly confidence. With kids with ASD some simple movements do not come naturally however he has developed into this young boy with so many more abilities. The Masters have been nothing but amazing for both of my boys and have really helped them develop into such respectable young boys. It has only been 2 months and I am blown away. I would highly recommend Niagara Taekwondo to anyone who has a child in the spectrum as well as those with neuro-typical children. They are so patient, understanding and motivating. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for both my boys.

I’ve been at Niagara Taekwondo for about a month now, and I’m loving it! Not only are the Taekwondo classes a ton of fun, and a huge workout, but the environment is exactly what I needed in my life. Positive, Welcoming, And friendly. Master Jung and Master Rachelle are great teachers, they push my limits to make sure I’m learning but make me feel extremely comfortable at every class! After 10 ten years in Fort Erie I'm so happy to see that Master Jung is establishing a second location in Niagara Falls. I have been at the Fort Erie location for almost 3 years. Master Jung is excellent with children and adults of all ages. I'm 66 years old, and I am experiencing all the benefits for both mind and body, I'm stronger and more limber. It is an amazingly positive atmosphere, one of support and encouragement, courtesy and respect. Highly recommended.
